Your content is organized
by age track

The lesson library is divided into four age tracks β€” Little Sparkles, Rising Sparkles, Sparkle Up, and Sparkle Pro. When you join, your dashboard automatically shows you the content made for your age group. You don't have to search through content that isn't for you. Your track is your home base inside the platform.

STEP TWO

Your tier is determined
by your goal

Tiers are not about age β€” they're about what you're working toward. A 10-year-old and a 35-year-old can both be in the Sparkle tier. A competitive 14-year-old and a competitive 28-year-old can both be in the Star tier. Pick the tier that matches your level of commitment and the kind of coaching you need right now. You can always change it.

The bridge between student and professional. Content covers serious technique, performance artistry, pre-professional training, and what it actually takes to start a career.

ask before joining

What age is this program for?

All ages. The lesson library is organized by age track β€” Little Sparkles (6–11), Rising Sparkles (12–15), Sparkle Up (16–19), and Sparkle Pro (20+). The tiers are organized by goal, not age, so a 10-year-old and a 30-year-old can both be in the Sparkle tier for different reasons.

How do video critiques work?

You film yourself dancing β€” a combo, a technique drill, an audition piece, whatever you want feedback on β€” and send it to Sophie via private message on the platform. She watches it, records a personal video response with her coaching feedback, and sends it back to you privately within 5 business days. It's completely private β€” only you and Sophie can see your submission.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no penalties. Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing sophie@thesparklesmethod.com. Your access continues until the end of your paid billing period.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?

Absolutely. You can change your tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do critiques and sessions roll over if I don't use them?

Included critiques and 1-on-1 sessions do not roll over month to month. They reset at the start of each billing cycle. You can always purchase additional sessions as add-ons at any time.

Is this program for recreational dancers or serious dancers only?

Both β€” and everything in between. That's exactly why the tiers are organized by goal. The Sparkle tier is built for dancers who dance for joy. The Elite tier is built for dancers pursuing professional careers. There is no wrong reason to be here.
